All of our shipping rates are carrier-calculated via Canada Post.
CANADA
Canadian orders are expected to ship within approximately 3-7 business days, not including order processing time. If you'd like to track your order, select order tracking at checkout!
UNITED STATES
Tracking will be provided on all US orders and are expected to ship in approximately 6-10 business days, not including order processing time.
INTERNATIONAL
Small Packet will not include tracking. If you'd like to include tracking, please choose it at checkout. Untracked international orders may take betwee 20-60 business days.
Tracked international orders are expected to ship within 8-12 business days, not including order processing time. However, this may vary depending on location, global circumstance, and time of year. *Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during holidays or sales typically take an additional 3-5 business days to process. **Please account for delays due to customs if you’re located outside of Canada.

All of our feeding accessories and tools are made with 100% BPA-free, non-toxic food grade silicone. They are durable, odorless, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.

If you've received your order and your goodies are damaged or something isn't quite right, please reach out to us at bark@olliebgood.com. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to send you a replacement!
